Navarre.com is a business to business website. You may only order from Navarre if you intend to resell the products. You will be required to provide a State or Federal Tax Exemption Certificate in order to set up an account. You can download a blank copy here.
To create a new account, you may click here or click the Register button found at the top of any page and follow the prompts. Because we are a business to business site and our products are only sold for the purpose of resale, we require a copy of your Resale Exemption Certificate to verify that you are, in fact, a business. You can download a blank copy here.
In order to become a customer through Navarre.com, you will be asked to complete a form. When this has been completed, you will receive an email containing a link to the next step in the setup process. The link within this email will take you back to the site where you will create a username and password. You will then receive an email containing your account number, please retain this information for your reference. At this time, click on the login button and enter your username and password. At that point, you will be able to log in, view pricing and availability, and place orders.
You may make changes to your Navarre.com account online. To access your account, you must be logged in. Click Here or click the My Account link located in the top portion of your page.
For your security, new Billing and Shipping information must be approved by Navarre before it becomes active. These changes should take effect within 1 business day.
To make changes to your user information/email address within the My Account screen, click on the Edit button.
You may change your password at any time within the My Account Screen. Click on the Reset Password button and follow prompts to update your password.
You must be logged in to see your pricing, place orders and access your account.
To log in, click on the Login button located in the upper right hand region of any page, then enter username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link within the login field, provide your username and you will be able to obtain your password.
Once logged in, you will see Add to Cart on most pages where product is featured. Clicking these links will add the indicated quantity to your active cart.
At the top of your shopping cart you will find two additional methods of adding items to your cart.
Quick Add
If you know the UPC, EAN, or Navarre item number of the product you wish to buy, you may add it to your cart using the Quick Add area located at the top left of your cart. Enter the complete number and quantity (the default quantity is one), click the add button and the item will be added to the order.
Bulk Upload
If you would like to upload a text file containing your entire order, you can use the Upload Order area located at the top left portion of your shopping cart. To do this, you must create a tab-delimited text file containing the following columns: UPC or Navarre Part Number, Quantity. The first line of the file must contain the field headers: UPC or Navarre Part Number, Quantity also separated by a single tab character. Use the Browse button to locate the file on your computer. When the correct file appears in the browse window, click the Upload Order button and the items will be added to your order. You will be notified at that time if we were unable to add any of the items to your cart.
Products may be ordered up to three weeks before the posted release date. Prior to that, products may only be added to your wish list. By choosing the option within the My Account screen, you will have the ability to receive notification emails when these specific items (within the wish list) are available to order or when there has been a street date change.
Prior to submitting your order, you will be notified should any of the ordered items not be available. You will have the option at that time to delete the item(s) from your order, choose another item or continue with submitting your order.
All products listed on our site are available for purchase.
There is the option to add your product choice to a wish list. If you decide you either do not want to purchase the product at this time or would like to have a place to remember products you want to purchase in the future, click add to wish list. You can add items to your cart directly from the wish list.
To view the contents of your wish list click the Wish List link at the top of your page. You will have the option to receive notification emails when these specific items (within the wish list) are available to order.
Navarre accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be authorized for the total amount of all items ordered; however, you will only be charged for those items available for immediate shipping. If an item is placed on backorder, your credit card will not be charged until that item ships.
During the secure checkout process, you will select the credit card you wish to use for your order. If you choose to do so, you will have the ability to store credit card information to facilitate quicker checkout times for future orders.
Navarre overstock and defective returns are authorized on a case-by-case basis. Navarre is unable to authorize any returns on hardware, H & R Block Tax software, Disney Interactive software, all console games and accessories. Please contact Online Sales to request your return. When a return as been authorized, you will be issued an RA number. This information must be clearly marked on all boxes being returned.

Once the returned product has been received by Navarre, a credit will be issued to your account to be used towards future purchases. Navarre will not issue a check or cash refund for a return, only a credit to your account.
If you receive a credit to your account the credit will be applied to the last credit card used on your account. If you would like it to be applied to a different credit card please let us know before the credit is to be applied.
We ship all in-stock items within 48 hours. Navarre will pay ground freight for orders of 5 units or more.
UPS is our preferred carrier. We will ship orders to PO boxes via the US Postal Service. We are unable to obtain tracking on these shipments. Please note that if you choose to ship to a PO or APO box, you will incur all responsibility for that shipment. Upgraded shipping is available upon request to either UPS 2 Day or UPS Overnight. There is an additional charge for expedited freight.
During the secure checkout process, you will be asked to provide a shipping location. You may select one of your stored shipping locations from a drop down menu or enter an address for a Drop Shipment directly to your customer. A $1.00 handling charge will be applied to each drop shipment.
You have the ability to ship directly to your customer. During the secure checkout process, you will be asked to provide a shipping location. Enter your customer's information by selecting a stored address from the dropdown menu or typing a new address in the appropriate fields located in the Drop Ship Location area. Drop shipments will add a $1.00 handling fee to your order.
Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please do not use dashes in Zip Codes or Phone Numbers.
- Avoid commas, dashes, periods, etc. in all fields. Use A-Z and 0-9 only, if possible.
- Use standard postal abbreviations such as ST, RD, AVE, etc.
- In city names, please spell out Saint, Fort, North, South, etc.

Once logged in, you will see a Resources button located in the upper area of any page. You can select an order to track by entering your PO Number or viewing all orders. We will provide you with tracking information including links to carrier's websites that provide detailed tracking information.
An application to become a Navarre distributed vendor is available in the Vendors section of this website. Interested parties should complete the form and submit product samples as instructed. Navarre conducts a formal review process and will contact you if additional information is needed or when a decision has been made regarding your products.
